We have been specializing in Medical Review Officer work throughout the United States since 1989. Heinen Medical also offers drug-screen collections, occupational services, and DNA/paternal testing.

Donors can check on the status of their results by using the Contact tab. 

If you’ve recently taken a drugscreen, please first contact your employer 3-4 business days after your collection date.

If your drugscreen reports to the MRO as a positive test, we will contact you after receiving all appropriate paperwork. 

This process can take up to one week, but could be much sooner.

 The sample needs to arrive at the laboratory, be tested, and then have the result sent to the Medical Review Officer. Then paperwork is aquired from the collection site, matched with the test result and the donor is finally contacted.
